PatchBox

Exhausting Potholes, Not Workers

"We're using our PatchBox unit daily in temperatures down to 10 degrees or so. The guys love it! Material comes out pliable, resulting in better patches. I think the unit will pay for itself with longer lasting patches. I'm already thinking about adding another unit next year because my guys are fighting to use it when I send out multiple crews."
Maintenance Supervisor, City of Galesburg, IL

About us

Patching potholes from the back of a truck, a loader bucket, or a homemade contraption is a crappy job. Cold, stiff material and poor shoveling ergonomics result in stiff backs and lousy patches.

PatchBox uses reliable truck exhaust to produce warm, pliable mix. Sliding our PatchCatch Tray into the receiver hitch makes for ergonomic shoveling.

Our simple, cost effective solution fits small organizations making their first investment in patching equipment, as well as larger organizations topping off the fleet for those days when it’s all hands on deck attacking potholes.

recent news

Oregon DOT purchased their fifth unit in four years, allowing them to send out five crews in different districts with a capital investment similar to a single fuel-fired trailer.
